Join Eastside CHADD

Eastside CHADD is the local satellite of the national CHADD organization.

The link below (JOIN EASTSIDE CHADD) will take you to the CHADD website. Once there you can selct the type of membership you would like (Individual, Family, Educator, Senior Citizen, Student, or Professional).

Next, enter your contact information. Further down the page is a Drop Down Menu labeled "CHAPTER TERRITORY:". Once there you can select "Eastside CHADD" from the drop-down list.
